March Workout Calendar

Here is the March workout calendar. Please pay close attention to the Position Specific days. This is where we will make our biggest gains in becoming better football players. Always bring warm clothes. If it is warm enough, we will try to always work outside.

9 Monday – 6:00 am – Position Specific – WR/RB Only – Footwork and Routes – 90’s
10 Tuesday – 6:00 am – HS Gym
11 Wednesday – 6:00 am – Position Specific – DL Only – Technique and Fronts
12 Thursday – 6:00 am – HS Gym - Competition
17 Tuesday – St. Patrick’s Day! Wear Green!
