Moms' Breakfast and Football 101 Class for Moms

Hello Mothers,

The moms' breakfast will be this weekend at 8 am in the high school cafeteria. Following breakfast, the coaches will be doing a Football 101 class for 1 hour. Each coach will present on a different topic lasting about 5-7 minutes. We do this in hopes of engaging the mothers in our sport. Moms are the foundation in most families and often the one most taken for granted. This is the football program's way of saying thanks. I hope to see all of you there.

Football Camp

We began camp last night and had a good session. We need to increase numbers and I think part of that is due to legion baseball, other summer camps, and the freshmen not understanding that they need to be there. If you see anyone interested in playing football, please communicate to them that camp is this week from 5-8 pm.

Congrats to Wildcat Players!

Dalton "Country" Chester has signed his letter of intent to play football for the University of Central Methodist next season. Richard Love signed his letter of intent to wrestle at the University of Central Missouri. Congratulations to both of these outstanding young men and on their accomplishments.

Congrats to Cody Holland for placing 2nd in the state in both the shot put and the discus. He broke both school records in each event and had a tremendous season. Good luck to him at Pitt State next year as a footballer and trackster.

Xavier Morrison, Nick Morrison, and Cody Holland all participated on June 5 in the Grin Iron All-Star game at Plaster Stadium on the campus of Missouri State. All there played extremely well and represented Neosho very well. Nick won the defensive MVP award. Congrats to all three.
